Embiome participates in Hyundai’s pilot initiative in Singapore for their new EV model Ioniq5. The 50 selected pilot participants will be provided with in-vehicle air care products. Embiome, a Hyundai Motor affiliate that specializes in automotive products based on eco-friendly biotechnology, will offer eco-friendly coating and filters in Singapore to maintain the vehicle’s internal clean air quality.
◆ From Hyundai Motor Company’s in-house venture to advance into Southeast Asia – According to related industries, Embiome is a company started by Hyundai Motor Researcher Yoon Ki-young as an in-house venture program in 2014, and was spun off from Hyundai Motor in 2019.
Embiome and KILSA enters a JV partnership to establish Embiome’s Singapore regional head quarter for its Southeast Asian business.
