Together with HAIER’s Open Innovation Platform Ecosystem (HOPE), we plan to discover startups with global presence capabilities through Try Everything 2021, a global startup festival organised by Seoul Metropolitan Government and Seoul Business Agency to promote global business collaborations.
KILSA partners with the Seoul Startup Hub and Haier’s HOPE to discover startups with global potential in the smart home and consumer electronics sectors through the Try Everything 2021 – HAIER HOPER Open Innovation 2021.
A total of 20 companies went through qualifiers screening in August 2021, six of which will be part of the September 15th Haier Hoper Open Innovation Session to pitch on the commercial and partnerships model for their technology and solutions. Both Haier’s HOPE and KILSA Global will be part of the judging panels to select the best three companies. These companies will have the collaboration opportunity in areas of PoC, product supply and licensing, and review of new product applications. Seoul Startup Hub will provide a PoC commercialisation grant worth 10 million won as part of their continuous follow-up support for investment-linked and global expansion support.
We are very excited and grateful to both companies for the opportunity to discover good Korean startups with Kilsa Global and Seoul Startup Hub.
